Akash Shivhare leads RSKS Group, which spans automobiles, education, FMCG, oil & gas, hospitality, and agriculture, driving significant revenue growth. A Gwalior native, Akash’s education includes Doon School, Don Bosco, Mussoorie International School, and he holds degrees from IIM-Ahmedabad and XLRI Jamshedpur. His career includes notable experience with Bira91. As the eldest son, Akash has guided the company's diversification since 2007, evolving RSKS Group into a key player in lifelong human development. He is actively investing in start-ups through the group’s venture capital funds.
Mr. Nikunj Shivhare was born in Gwalior and is known for his visionary approach to the automobile industry. A proud alumnus of Daly College of Business Management and Demontfort University, Nikunj has channelled his passion and expertise into shaping the future of automotive innovation through his venture, Nikunj Motors. Under his leadership, Nikunj Motors has made significant strides in the mobility sector, reflecting his commitment to excellence and forward-thinking strategies. His contributions have been pivotal in driving the growth and success of the company.
Ms. Vaishali Shivhare was born in Jhansi and later moved to Indore after marriage. She is an alumna of IIM-Indore and has significantly contributed to the management of operations and strategy at MGI College. Vaishali’s forward-thinking vision led to the introduction of school education in Malwa Group of Institutes in association with Lighthouse Learning (Billabong High International School and Kangaroo Kids), marking a major advancement in the region’s educational landscape. She is also a proactive committee member of FICCI-FLO, where she actively supports various initiatives. Balancing her professional and personal life, Vaishali is a devoted mother, embodying dedication both at work and at home.
Ms. Alice Shivhare is a distinguished alumna of Mussoorie International School, where she laid the foundation for her academic and professional journey. At RSKS Automotives, she is a key player in resource management, recruitment, and manpower planning. Her role involves overseeing the effective allocation of resources, streamlining recruitment processes, and managing workforce requirements to ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the company. Ms. Shivhare's strategic approach and commitment to excellence have significantly contributed to enhancing operational efficiency and supporting the company’s objectives. Her expertise in these areas is pivotal to the ongoing success and development of RSKS Automotives.
Dr. Vikas Manjrekar, the Group Director of RSKS, holds a Ph.D. from the Institute of Management Studies, DAVV, Indore (1998) and an MBA in Finance from DAVV, Indore. With 38 years of professional experience in leadership roles within the engineering industry, he has demonstrated exceptional expertise and innovation. Dr. Manjrekar has contributed significantly to academia by publishing approximately 22 technical papers in esteemed international and national journals. His contributions to innovation were further recognized when he was awarded a product patent in September 2023.
Mrs. Karuna Jain, a Chartered Accountant for the RSKS Group, plays a pivotal role in managing the financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks. With her deep expertise in accounting, auditing, and financial planning, she contributes significantly to the strategic growth and fiscal stability of the organization. Mrs. Jain's analytical acumen and commitment to precision have been instrumental in streamlining processes, optimizing resources, and driving financial efficiency within the RSKS Group.
