As a graduate of Mussoorie International School, Alice focuses on workforce optimization and talent acquisition for Nikunj Motors, the automotive branch of RSKS. She’s passionate about building teams that drive forward the company’s mission, and she approaches her work with a blend of empathy and strategic insight.

Alice’s journey hasn’t been without its challenges, especially in an industry where leadership roles are often male-dominated.
